‍Important Details (The Simple T&Cs)

• Who is Eligible? This promotion is open to all existing customers of Hot Water Shop.
• Qualifying Sale: The friend must purchase and have installed a brand new hot water system (this does not include repairs or servicing).
• The Timing: The existing customer's full name must be provided by the friend to our team at the time of the initial quote/booking. Referrals mentioned after the sale is complete are not eligible.
• When is the Reward Issued? The Family Passes are issued via email to both the referrer and the referred friend only after the new hot water system installation is complete, and the invoice has been fully paid.
